شروط الاستخدام — تطبيق مواقيت الصلاة

باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

١. دقة مواقيت الصلاة والمحتوى الديني

مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة والتاريخ الهجري حسابات تقريبية تعتمد على موقعك وطريقة الحساب المختارة، وقد تختلف عن التقويم الرسمي في بلدك أو عن رؤية الهلال. لا نضمن دقتها بنسبة 100% — يُرجى الرجوع للمراجع الشرعية والتقاويم الرسمية المحلية، خاصةً للصيام والإفطار.

نصوص الأذكار والأحاديث منقولة من مصادر معتمدة (حصن المسلم، الصحيحين) مع بذل الجهد في التدقيق، ونرحب بتنبيهنا لأي خطأ عبر البريد أدناه.

٢. الاستخدام المقبول

هذا تطبيق ديني الغرض منه إعانتك على العبادة. يُحظر:

استخدام المجموعات لأغراض غير دينية أو تجارية أو لنشر محتوى مسيء أو مخالف
التحرش أو الإساءة لأي عضو، أو انتحال هوية الغير
محاولة اختراق التطبيق أو التلاعب بالعدادات والتقارير
نشر روابط أو صور غير لائقة في الدردشات

نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

٣. المجموعات والمحتوى

أنت مسؤول عما تنشره في المجموعات، وأدمن المجموعة مسؤول عن إدارتها.
يمكن للأدمن إزالة الأعضاء، ويمكنك مغادرة أي مجموعة في أي وقت.
نحتفظ بحق حذف المحتوى المخالف دون إشعار.

٤. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

الاشتراكات (شهري/سنوي): تُدار عبر App Store أو Google Play وتتجدد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل نهاية الفترة بـ24 ساعة. الإلغاء من إعدادات المتجر.
سياسة الاسترداد: لا يُسترد مبلغ فترة اشتراك بدأت بالفعل. طلبات الاسترداد تخضع لسياسات Apple وGoogle.
باقة الداعم: شراء لمرة واحدة داخل التطبيق (عبر المتجر) يمنح 30 يوماً من البريميوم، غير قابل للاسترداد بعد التفعيل ويخضع لسياسات المتجر.
تبرعات الموقع: دعم خالص لتطوير التطبيق عبر Stripe، لا ترتبط بأي مزايا داخل التطبيق وغير قابلة للاسترداد.
بريميوم الإعلان (24 ساعة): يُمنح بعد مشاهدة إعلان كامل ولا يعادل قيمة نقدية.

٥. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن الاعتماد على المواقيت أو انقطاع الخدمة أو فقدان البيانات، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

٦. إنهاء الخدمة

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إيقاف الخدمة أو تعديلها مع إشعار مسبق حيثما أمكن.

٧. تواصل معنا

للاستفسارات والإبلاغ عن المخالفات أو الأخطاء: نموذج التواصل أو «تواصل معنا» في إعدادات التطبيق.

By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Accuracy of Prayer Times & Religious Content

Prayer times, Qibla direction, and Hijri dates are approximate calculations based on your location and chosen method. They may differ from your country's official calendar or moon sighting. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy — please consult local religious authorities and official calendars, especially for fasting.

Adhkar and hadith texts are sourced from established references (Hisn al-Muslim, Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim) with diligent review. Please report any error to the email below.

2. Acceptable Use

This is a religious app. The following are prohibited: using groups for non-religious or commercial purposes or offensive content; harassment or impersonation; attempting to hack the app or manipulate counters and reports; sharing inappropriate links or images in chats. We reserve the right to suspend violating accounts.

3. Groups & Content

You are responsible for what you post. Group admins manage their groups and may remove members; you may leave any group at any time. We may remove violating content without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions (monthly/yearly) are managed by the App Store / Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds: no refund for a subscription period already started. Refund requests follow Apple/Google policies.
Supporter pack: a one-time in-app purchase (via the store) granting 30 days of premium; non-refundable once activated and subject to store policies.
Website donations: pure support for development via Stripe, carry no in-app rewards, and are non-refundable.
Ad-based premium (24h) is granted after watching a full rewarded ad and has no cash value.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from reliance on calculated times, service interruptions, or data loss.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice where possible.
